Guangxi Development & investments Co. Ltd. invested total amount of 1,898,870,100 yuan, account to 45.212 percent, and registered capital is 420 million yuan.

Guangxi Nanning Phoenix Pulp & Paper Co. Ltd annually produce 100,000 ADMT/Y bleached Kraft market wood pulp submitted to Light Industry ministry and State Planning Committee in Oct of same year. State Planning Committee approved to start project in Jul.1992 and the project feasibility study report was ratified by the State Council in Feb. 1986.
